As a Sleep Coach, you will be the face of ResMed in our retail clinic. Your mission is to create an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and supporting people on their sleep health journey. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team to provide exceptional service, maintain high standards, and grow our business and reputation.

Deliver exceptional service – greet customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Achieve sales targets – recommend products and services that improve sleep quality.
Maintain store standards – keep displays fresh, manage stock, and ensure the clinic looks amazing.
Build product expertise – complete training and stay up-to-date on ResMed’s innovative solutions.
Follow up with customers – build relationships, check progress, and ensure satisfaction.
Handle operational tasks – process POS transactions, manage cash, and complete admin duties.
Care for equipment – maintain and check trial devices for customer use.
