You will be responsible for leading the maintenance, facility, and utility (MFU) strategy through advanced RCM principles. Your leadership will ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation within our chemical API manufacturing operations.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔧 Maintenance Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the site’s Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program, ensuring effective planning and maintenance of equipment, facility, and utility systems.
- Drive troubleshooting and continuous optimization of the maintenance program using Six Sigma methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and manage budgets for spares, services, AMCs, asset life cycle reviews, and capital expenditure proposals.
📊 Digital Transformation & Compliance
- Serve as the CMMS/SAP-PM super user and site administrator, ensuring data integrity and seamless digital workflows, including paperless validation (KNEAT).
- Ensure full compliance with cGMP, regulatory standards, and EHS technical requirements across all maintenance activities.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all internal and external audits related to MFU.
🔄 Reliability & Continuous Improvement
- Implement and oversee Condition Monitoring, FMEA, RCA, and Asset Performance Management Systems (APMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and execute asset life cycle reviews.
- Track, analyze, and improve KPIs related to asset life cycle and maintenance performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop multi-year reliability roadmaps.
👤 YOUR PROFILE
✅ ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance, facility, and utility management within a chemical or API manufacturing environment, with 1–2 years in a Lead/Deputy Lead role.
- Hands-on experience in RCM program implementation using digital platforms like CMMS/SAP-PM and KNEAT for paperless validation.
- In-depth technical knowledge of API manufacturing equipment (reactors, centrifuges, dryers, mills, utilities, piping, water systems).
- Strong expertise in reliability tools: Condition Monitoring, FMEA, RCA, APMS, and Six Sigma applications.
- Solid understanding of facility layouts, zoning concepts, P&IDs, and regulatory standards (cGMP, ISO).
- Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Understanding of manufacturing processes and process automation.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Experience in managing teams of 1–10 resources (planners, technicians, engineers).
