🎯 JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Support Lead to provide and manage ERP, CRM, and SCM application support within our manufacturing and sales environments. You will lead a team, handle user expectations, drive issue resolution, and contribute to system enhancements—ensuring our digital operations run seamlessly to support global production and supply chain excellence.
đź“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🛠️ Application Support & Leadership
- Provide first and second-level support for Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, SCM) to end-users in manufacturing and sales.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, providing technical guidance and workload coordination.
- Manage user issues and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- Prepare periodic operation reports for management review.

- Prepare project documentation including Business Analysis Reports, Process Flows, Functional Specifications, and Change Management reports.
- Participate in system evaluation, testing (SIT/UAT), and implementation projects.
- Work closely with system users and stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule.
🎓 Training & Continuous Improvement
- Provide system training to users to enhance adoption and efficiency.
- Develop and demonstrate a high level of ethics and user-centric service.
- Stay updated on emerging ERP/SCM technologies and manufacturing best practices.
👤 YOUR PROFILE
âś… ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (with bookkeeping experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting production applications and technology in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP B1, Infor, Epicor, Sage).
- Fair knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, inventory management, or accounting.
- Experience with development technologies such as Excel, SQL, and programming.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

- Experience in high-volume, discrete, or process manufacturing (e.g., medical devices, FMCG).
- Certification in ERP systems, ITIL, or project management.
