ICON is seeking an Image Data Processing Technologist in Chennai to manage and process medical imaging data for clinical trials. In this vital role, you will verify incoming documentation, prepare data for analysis, and maintain compliance with GCP/HIPAA regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality of imaging data in clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the accurate processing and quality control of medical imaging data in clinical trials.
Data Processing & Quality Control:
- Verify incoming documentation and data for GCP/HIPAA compliance, responding promptly to rectify any violations
- Prepare, load, and demographically review imaging data for analysis
- Identify issues with received data and notify project sites, customers, and internal staff to resolve queries
Documentation & Compliance:
- Manage and file documentation associated with imaging projects
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines governing imaging in clinical trials
- Represent Incoming Data Processing in internal meetings as required
Your Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in medical imaging or related roles
- Strong knowledge of imaging techniques and technologies
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines for imaging in clinical trials
Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
