🎯 Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Site Identification & Assessment
- Identify potential investigators and sites through databases, research, and local intelligence
- Conduct phone selection visits to assess site capability and interest
- Perform quality checks and ensure accurate data processing
- Exclude debarred investigators and address audit/regulatory concerns
Relationship Building & Intelligence
- Build strong relationships with investigators, sites, and networks across India
- Act as country expert on investigator profiles and healthcare infrastructure
- Gather country-level insights including standard of care and site capabilities
- Develop relationships with high-performing sites for future collaboration
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Site Selection Lead to align with project objectives
- Collaborate with Country Managers for local intelligence and insights
- Liaise with Study Start Up, CRA Management, and other functions
- Support feasibility assessments and country strategy decisions
Process Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure complete data documentation in relevant systems
- Adhere to sponsor-specific and ICON procedures
- Track investigator feedback and selection rationale
- Maintain confidentiality and appropriate agreements
⭐ Your Profile: Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
- 3+ years of experience in clinical research environment preferred
- Fluency in English (additional Indian languages welcome)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical systems
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of Indian clinical research landscape and healthcare infrastructure
- Understanding of site feasibility and selection processes
- Experience with clinical trial databases and systems
- Strong data management and documentation skills
