🎯 Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Strategic Trial Leadership
- Ensure successful delivery of all clinical aspects of assigned studies
- Develop comprehensive monitoring plans and tools for effective study oversight
- Drive enrollment strategies and lead study start-up activities to meet project timelines
- Implement corrective and preventative action plans to maintain study integrity
Financial & Resource Management
- Oversee the clinical portion of study budgets for optimal resource allocation
- Manage clinical trial resources efficiently across multiple projects
- Monitor budget adherence and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure financial accountability throughout the trial lifecycle
Team Development & Mentorship
- Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to optimize performance
- Coach and develop other Clinical Trial Managers, fostering leadership capabilities
- Lead teams of CTMs and participate in departmental initiatives
- Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team
Stakeholder Engagement & Risk Management
- Build productive relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and mitigate clinical trial risks proactively
- Provide comprehensive reporting on all clinical activities and progress
⭐ Your Profile: Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or other relevant fields
- 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management
- 4+ years in a Clinical Trial Management position at a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of monitoring experience
- Experience managing complex or global trials
- Background managing all trial components from start-up to database lock
- Experience coaching/mentoring other CTMs and leading teams
