🎯 Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights Generation
- Track, report, analyze, and present operational metrics to provide performance oversight across the organization
- Apply independent critical thinking to interrogate data and present findings that clearly answer business questions
- Validate data quality before engaging in analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Demonstrate passion for solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Partner with internal customers including Business Partners and Alliance leadership to review data insights
- Meet regularly with senior management to ensure reporting and analytical requirements are met
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the business, both internally and externally
- Provide Metrics SME level support and training to stakeholders as needed
Reporting Excellence & Dashboard Development
- Compose outputs in the most digestible way for clients to facilitate data-driven decision making
- Deliver all metrics and analysis in accordance with established timelines and contractual requirements
- Support creation of interactive dashboards and performance metrics
- Contribute to discussions on establishing relevant KPIs that drive business value
Data Quality & Governance
- Apply knowledge of data governance principles to maintain data integrity
- Work with teams to resolve data quality issues through hands-on collaboration
- Ensure all reporting meets the highest standards of accuracy and reliability
- Maintain understanding of data sources and their appropriate applications

Essential Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in business data analysis
- Strong Excel skills with understanding of statistical methods
- Experience in data quality and data governance principles
- Hands-on experience working with teams to resolve data quality issues

- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex problems for diverse stakeholders
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and drive initiatives forward
