Site Monitoring Excellence
- Conduct comprehensive site monitoring visits to ensure strict adherence to complex oncology protocols and GCP standards
- Perform detailed source data verification and case report form review for oncology-specific endpoints
- Verify proper documentation of tumor response assessments, adverse events, and concomitant medications in cancer patients
- Ensure investigator site files and essential documents are maintained according to oncology trial requirements
Oncology-Specific Expertise
- Apply specialized knowledge of oncology trial methodologies including RECIST criteria and cancer biomarkers
- Monitor complex treatment regimens including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies
- Provide site staff training on oncology-specific protocol requirements and data collection procedures
- Manage high-risk patient populations with vigilance for oncology-specific safety concerns
Site Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncology investigators and site staff
- Serve as primary contact for site queries regarding oncology protocol interpretation and procedures
- Identify and resolve site-specific challenges through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Support sites in maintaining inspection readiness for oncology trial audits
â Your Profile: Oncology CRA Expertise
Essential Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, or related field
- 3-6 years experience as Clinical Research Associate (Senior CRA level)
- 2-3 years minimum onsite monitoring experience specifically in Oncology trials
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the country
Oncology Technical Competencies
- Expertise in oncology monitoring practices and cancer protocol management
- Strong understanding of oncology endpoints and response assessment criteria
- Experience with oncology-specific data collection and safety monitoring
