đŻ Your Site Support Mission: Key Responsibilities
Logistical & Operational Site Support
- Provide comprehensive logistical and operational support to clinical trial sites, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of study materials, supplies, and documentation.
- Assist in resolving site-related issues and troubleshooting operational challenges, acting as a key point of contact to maintain site satisfaction and study continuity.
- Track and manage site-level performance metrics and deliverables, providing clear reports to support study timelines and goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless communication between investigative sites and internal ICON teams.
- Facilitate the flow of information and materials, ensuring sites are always informed and equipped to adhere to study protocols and requirements.
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Support efforts to ensure all site activities are conducted in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date site records and documentation as part of the study support function.
â Your Profile: Site Services Specialist Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Research, or a related field.
- Experience in site management support, clinical operations, or a related field is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong internships or academic projects in clinical research are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
Preferred Knowledge & Core Competencies
