Your Mission: Negotiate with Precision, Enable with Speed
Own the End-to-End Contract Lifecycle
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements (CTAs), complex amendments, and ancillary documents with investigative sites, ensuring all terms protect ICON’s interests and comply with local regulations and client requirements.
- Track and manage the progress of all site contract activities using ICON and client systems, providing accurate and realistic forecasts for contract execution to keep study timelines on track.
- File and maintain all contractual documents meticulously, ensuring compliance with departmental, ICON, and client requirements for audit readiness.
Be the Strategic Liaison
- Serve as the consistent point of contact for study sites and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and resolving contractual queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to site activation timelines, suggesting practical mitigation plans to keep studies moving forward.
- Participate in study team meetings, providing clear updates on contract status and contributing to strategic planning for site start-up.
Uphold Quality and Process Excellence
- Review all site contracts for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to stringent departmental and client guidelines.
- Complete all mandatory project, system, and compliance training on time, adhering strictly to all applicable SOPs and quality standards.
- Mentor and train other team members as needed, sharing knowledge to elevate the entire team’s performance.
Who You Are
You are a diligent professional who understands that a well-negotiated contract is the bedrock of a successful clinical trial. You are organized, articulate, and driven by the need to get things right—and get them done.
Your Foundation
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of direct experience in site contracts negotiation within the clinical research, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken) is essential for negotiating with local sites and collaborating with global teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
