We are currently seeking a (Senior) Clinical Trial Manager to join our diverse and dynamic Functional Service Provision (FSP) team in Taiwan. In this pivotal sponsor-dedicated role, you will be embedded within our client's organization, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of their clinical trials. You will ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and the highest quality and regulatory standards, acting as a strategic leader and the primary point of accountability.
Your Mission: Lead & Deliver Clinical Trials with Precision
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of assigned clinical studies, collaborating directly with the sponsor's cross-functional team and external sites to drive successful outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials from initiation to close-out, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the sponsor's cross-functional team to establish, implement, and oversee clinical trial protocols and procedures.
- Build and manage strong relationships with trial investigators, sites, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all trial activities are conducted in full compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Proactively problem-solve and make critical decisions regarding trial progress, vendor management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive clinical deliverables and manage study resources effectively.
Your Profile: The Ideal Candidate
You are an experienced clinical operations professional with a proven track record of study delivery and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in medicine, life sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study with a solid understanding of the end-to-end clinical trial process.
- Several years of experience in clinical trial management within a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
- Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area (highly advantageous).
- Prior monitoring experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.
- This role is sponsor office-based with work-from-home flexibility.
