- Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail environment.
- A strong customer service and sales focus, always seeking the best outcome for the individual.

- Strong and adaptable communication skills—an active listener who can find solutions to customer concerns.
- Solid administrative skills to accurately document and process customer interactions, product usage, and purchases.
