We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Territory & Key Account Manager to join our Vaccines Business Unit in Vietnam. In this pivotal field-based role, you will take full accountability for the sales volume and growth of your assigned territory. You will build and execute Joint Corporation Plans (JCPs) with key national accounts like VNVC and Long Chau, while nurturing relationships with HCPs, hospitals, and vaccination centers. This role requires a blend of exceptional commercial execution, strategic partnership development, and digital fluency to succeed in Vietnam's evolving healthcare landscape.
Your Mission: Strategic Growth & Partnership Leadership
You will be the face of Takeda Vaccines in your territory, responsible for end-to-end commercial performance and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Territory & Key Account Management
- Take full P&L accountability for territory sales volume and growth across all channels.
- Identify key customers and growth drivers; develop and execute actionable territory plans aligned with the BU strategy.
- Develop and manage Joint Corporation Plans (JCPs) with strategic key accounts (e.g., VNVC, Long Chau).
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, HCPs, and partners.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Management
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for key external stakeholders (KOLs, HCPs, HCOs, CDCs, hospitals, vaccination centers).
- Organize two-way communication between Takeda and clients for product deployment, training, and activity planning.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical (MSL), and Activation teams to ensure a "One-Takeda" approach.
3. Commercial Performance Excellence
- Execute excellent commercial engagement activities per JCPs.
- Provide HCPs with accurate product information and handle objections effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to address customer queries on supply, data, and medical information.
- Manage public tenders within the assigned territory and ensure 100% compliance in all activities.
4. Market Intelligence & Digital/AI Competency
- Gather market intelligence, customer insights, and track in-market performance to inform strategy.
- Make data-driven decisions and plans.
- Leverage digital tools and AI-driven insights to enhance performance. Utilize platforms like Veeva CRM, Power BI for customer engagement and reporting.
Who You Are: The Data-Savvy Commercial Partner
You are a results-driven commercial professional with a partner mindset and the ability to leverage technology for business impact.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, key account management, or vaccine commercialization, preferably within the Vietnam market.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L for a territory.
- Experience in developing strategic account plans and managing large, complex customers (experience with VNVC, Long Chau, or similar chains is a strong advantage).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Digital & AI Competency: Comfort with Veeva CRM, Power BI, automated reporting, and using digital tools for customer engagement and data analysis.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach.
- High integrity and commitment to compliance.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and professional proficiency in English.
