Role: Senior Contract Analyst (Single-Client FSP Program)

Location: Australia (Home-Based)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Contract Analyst to join our dedicated Functional Service Provision (FSP) team, working exclusively for a single, global sponsor. In this pivotal home-based role in Australia, you will manage the end-to-end site contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and enabling the smooth execution of clinical trials. You will be part of a global program operating under a single set of SOPs, offering deep integration with the sponsor's processes.

Your Mission: Expert Contract Management & Strategic Partnership

You will be the contract expert for assigned clinical research sites in Australia, responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements in alignment with the sponsor's requirements and Australian regulations.

What You Will Be Doing:

Manage Site Contract Lifecycle: Collaborate with internal and sponsor stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate clinical site contracts and budgets, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and policies.
Conduct Risk Analysis: Perform thorough analysis of contract terms to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide Expert Guidance: Act as a key resource for project teams on contract interpretation, compliance, and obligations.
Maintain Contract Records: Ensure accurate and organized contract tracking, managing key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Optimize Processes: Assist in developing and implementing contract management best practices to enhance efficiency and risk mitigation within the FSP program.

Your Profile: The Australian Clinical Contracts Expert

You are a seasoned contract professional with deep knowledge of the Australian clinical research landscape and a proven track record in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in contract management is preferred.
Strong working experience in contract administration, negotiation, or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry in Australia.
In-depth understanding of contract law, Australian regulatory requirements, and clinical research industry standards.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contractual provisions.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, home-based environment.
