Your Mission: Create Exceptional Experiences & Drive Health Outcomes
As the face of ResMed in our clinic, you will blend expert customer service with personalized sales to create an outstanding experience for every visitor. You will be a key player in a collaborative team, driving business growth while making a tangible impact on people's well-being.
Your Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers warmly, listen actively to understand their unique sleep challenges, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Drive Sales Success: Achieve and exceed sales targets by confidently recommending ResMed’s innovative sleep solutions and services that truly improve quality of life.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Conduct thoughtful follow-ups to check on customer progress, ensure satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
Clinic Operations & Merchandising:
- Maintain Impeccable Standards: Ensure the clinic is visually appealing, with fresh displays and well-managed inventory.
- Handle Operational Tasks: Accurately process POS transactions, manage cash handling, and complete general administrative duties.
- Care for Equipment: Maintain and check trial devices to ensure they are ready and safe for customer use.
Expertise & Development:
- Become a Product Expert: Complete comprehensive training to stay up-to-date on ResMed’s latest technologies and sleep health knowledge.
- Share Your Knowledge: Educate customers and team members, acting as a trusted resource on sleep wellness.
Your Profile: What We’re Looking For
Experience & Mindset:
- 2+ years of experience in a retail, customer service, or direct sales role. A background in healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness is a strong plus, but not required.
- A genuine sales-driven mindset—you are motivated by goals and love celebrating wins.
- A passion for helping people and making a positive difference in their daily lives.
Skills & Attributes:
- Outstanding Communication: Confident, compassionate, and adaptable in how you connect with people.
- Attention to Detail: From visual merchandising to accurate reporting, you take pride in precision.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with POS systems. Familiarity with MYOB or MedTech software is a bonus.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a positive, proactive attitude.
