We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Billing Associate to join our finance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of our global clinical projects, ensuring all billing aligns with complex client contracts and project deliverables. Your work will be essential to maintaining strong client partnerships and supporting our financial operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Billing Management: Accurately prepare, review, and issue monthly client invoices in strict accordance with project contract specifications and work orders.
- Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Work directly with Project Managers, Finance Managers, and operational teams to resolve billing queries, discrepancies, and ensure all billable activities are captured correctly.
- Quality & Accuracy Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and attention to detail in all billing processes, identifying and correcting errors proactively.
- Process Improvement: Actively identify opportunities to streamline billing processes, improve methodologies, and enhance efficiency within the team.
- Client-Centric Approach: Uphold a professional and responsive approach in all communications, supporting positive client relationships through accurate and transparent billing.
Your Profile: Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or finance role. Experience within a CRO, professional services, or project-based environment is a strong advantage.
