We are looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join the Medical Affairs team. Reporting to the Field Medical Team Leader, you will support products and therapeutic areas by advancing scientific and collaborative relationships.
Your Role:
- Acquire and maintain clinical-scientific knowledge about CSL’s products, therapeutic areas, and disease states.
- Engage Thought Leaders and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in objective-based interactions to develop professional relationships and exchange clinical-scientific information relevant to CSL’s products.
- Provide scientific, clinical, and health economic information and educational programs relevant to CSL products and the diseases they treat.
- Gather, evaluate, and contribute new information as it applies to CSL Behring’s products and areas of therapeutic interest.
- Contribute to and participate in internal projects that address gaps and opportunities, such as field plans, educational material development, and launch working groups.
Your skills and experience
- Doctoral level or advanced degree in a Medical and/or scientific field is preferred; degree in a Medical and/or scientific field with strong relevant experience is required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of MSL experience in relevant pharmaceutical /biopharmaceutical industry is required.
- Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise, and work effectively in a dynamic, field-based environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex scientific information and manage scientific conversations and presentations credibly.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%, including weekends, and demonstrate effective virtual communication skills.
