IM8 is a next-generation health and longevity brand co-founded by David Beckham and Prenetics (NASDAQ: PRE), on a mission to make world-class nutritional science accessible to everyone. Launched in late 2024, IM8 grew Q1 2026 revenue nearly 6x year-over-year to $33.8M, and the company has raised full-year 2026 IM8 revenue guidance to $190M–$210M. Over 60% of revenue is generated outside the US. We ship to 43 countries, and our athlete partner roster includes David Beckham, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Aryna Sabalenka, Ollie Bearman, and Inter Miami CF.
We are built on science, not story — our flagship Daily Ultimate Essentials carries 90 active ingredients, we run randomized controlled trials on our products, and we hold a clinical-grade standard in a category notorious for shortcuts.
Our business is subscription at its core. Every basis point of NRR we add compounds — into LTV, into payback, into the ability to outspend everyone else on acquisition. Retention isn't a department at IM8. It is the model.
Why This Role Is Different
Most supply chain roles inherit broken systems and spend years patching them. This one doesn't.
IM8's product team has built something customers genuinely love - but at our growth rate, the supply chain has to scale faster than the rest of the business or it becomes the bottleneck on everything else. Every defect, late shipment, or stockout reads as a brand promise broken - and on a subscription model with the LTV we're building, those errors compound. We need someone who treats supply chain as a brand asset, not a back-office function.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager - IM8, based in Hong Kong, to own the flow of our products from manufacturing partners to customers across our markets. Much of our sourcing and manufacturing network operates across Greater China, so fluent Mandarin is essential - you will negotiate and coordinate with suppliers daily.
Your mandate: make sure what we promise customers is delivered flawlessly - every batch, every shipment, every time.
What You'll Do
Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers across Greater China - negotiate terms, monitor quality, and hold partners to spec.
- Drive continuous improvement with partners to lift quality, consistency, and throughput.
- Qualify and onboard new suppliers as we scale into new products and markets.
- Own raw material and ingredient supply risk: dual-sourcing strategies, safety stock policies on critical inputs, and long-lead procurement planning with contract manufacturers.
Demand & Inventory Planning
- Build demand forecasts and inventory plans that avoid both stockouts and overstock across markets. Our subscription model gives you a highly forecastable demand baseline.
- Track production schedules, lead times, and deliverables against plan.
- Manage working capital tied up in inventory without starving growth.
- Build and run a monthly S&OP process that connects demand, supply, finance and leadership around one plan.
- Own inventory allocation and transfer decisions across US, EU, UK and HK fulfillment nodes, balancing regional availability against working capital.
Logistics & Fulfillment
- Coordinate international logistics, customs, and 3PL partners to hit delivery timelines and cost targets.
- Own SLAs and quality benchmarks across outbound shipping, returns, and exceptions.
- Partner with Customer Success on replacements and post-delivery resolution.
- Own freight mode strategy: air versus sea tradeoffs, cost versus speed versus stockout risk, including expedite decisions under constraint.
Quality & Compliance
- Partner with quality and regulatory teams to keep every batch compliant and audit-ready.
- Design and execute inbound and outbound QC protocols across manufacturing and fulfillment.
- Lead root cause analysis on defects and implement preventative, long-term fixes.
- Partner with regulatory on import requirements, customs classification, and market-specific product constraints across our 43 markets.
Data, Reporting & Accountability
- Track and improve the metrics that run the business: forecast accuracy, fill rate, on-time-in-full, weeks of supply by SKU and region, backorder rate, inventory turns, and landed cost.
- Build reporting that surfaces risk early and informs leadership decisions.
- Drive performance and accountability with operational data, not vibes.
- Maintain a single source of truth on supply coverage versus revenue plan that leadership can act on.
What We're Looking For
Non-Negotiable
- Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English, written and spoken. You will negotiate and coordinate across Greater China daily. This is a hard requirement.
- Supply chain ownership. You have personally owned sourcing, planning, and fulfillment at meaningful scale - or a clear, specific reason why that benchmark doesn't apply to your trajectory. If you can't make that case in a sentence, this isn't your role.
- Manufacturer + 3PL experience. You have managed the full cycle across contract manufacturers and logistics partners, including negotiating capacity commitments with manufacturers as volumes scale.
- Planning discipline. Strong demand planning, inventory modeling, and cost analysis.
- Data-driven. You drive performance and accountability with operational data and reporting.
- Builder mindset. Comfortable with ambiguity, fast decisions, and shaping the playbook rather than inheriting one.
- New product introduction. You have taken products from manufacturing qualification through to multi-market launch.
Nice to Have
- Experience with regulated products (supplements, food, pharma) and their quality standards.
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth DTC or consumer health (subscription model preferred).
- ERP / inventory system fluency (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent).
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training.
