You will becentral tothe success ofahigh-profile,globally connectedcorporatefunction—managing priorities, strengthening teamcoordinationandsupportingleaders.
Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across Australia,the United States andEurope, the Executive Assistant will help manage priorities, coordinateactivitiesand optimisethefunction’seffectiveness across a diverse portfolio.
The role will also provide operational and administrative support to Melbourne-based members of the CEA team, helping drive collaboration,engagementand business impact.

Key deliverables
- Executive effectiveness: Manage complex calendars, priorities, globaltraveland correspondence
- Team coordination: Track actions, improve workflows, share information across regions and support team engagement and recognition
- Meetings and events: Coordinate local and global meetings, conferences and visitors, including agendas, materials, minutes,logisticsand budgets
- High-quality outputs: Prepare and edit presentations, reports, correspondence, spreadsheets,researchand expense submissions
- Financial administration: Managebudgets,purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, contractorpaymentsand cost-centre tracking through to completion
- Trusted partnership: Handle sensitive information with discretion,anticipateneedsand provide responsive support across the CEA team.
What you bring
- At least five years’ experience supporting senior executives in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisation, judgement, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels and across cultures
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Outlook,Wordand PowerPoint, with experience using Copilot; familiarity with Canva is valued
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex international travel,meetingsand events
- Experience with Workday, Ariba, Concur and SharePoint is preferred; a qualification in business administration or a related field isadvantageous
