Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end reporting with deep analysis of Opex and Manufacturing performance to guide strategic decisions
- Partner with supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts
- Conduct financial scenario analysis to identify risks and opportunities for budget optimization
- Analyze labor productivity, headcount efficiency, and production cost drivers for operational improvements
- Support inventory management and write-off reduction initiatives through detailed financial analysis
- Contribute to standard costing development and validate financial impact of operational excellence projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- CPA qualification with Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational data into actionable financial insights
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Think Cell)
- Experience with SAP S4/BPC or similar enterprise systems preferred
