ICON is seeking a Site Services Specialist I to provide critical logistical and operational support to our clinical trial sites. In this hybrid role based in Bangalore, you will be the vital link ensuring sites have the resources and support they need to conduct studies effectively and in compliance with global standards. Key Responsibilities
You will be the operational backbone for clinical trial sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution and resolving challenges to keep studies on track.
Site Logistics & Operational Support:
- Manage the timely and efficient delivery of clinical trial materials, supplies, and documentation to sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site-related operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to study activities.
- Track site performance metrics and generate reports to help monitor study progress and timelines.
Compliance & Collaboration:
- Ensure all site support activities adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Operations, Project Management) to maintain seamless communication between ICON and trial sites.
- Assist in ensuring sites adhere to study protocols and operational plans.
Your Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Research, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Preferred Experience & Knowledge:
- Experience in site management, clinical operations, or a related area within a CRO or pharmaceutical company is preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and regulatory guidelines is a significant advantage.
