Clinical Trial Logistics Management
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of clinical trial materials, ensuring timely delivery to global sites
- Monitor delivery timelines proactively and resolve any delays or issues with couriers and customs authorities
- Prepare accurate Proforma and Commercial invoices, liaising with clients, CROs, and importers to meet requirements
- Support protocol-specific logistics setup and ensure investigators understand laboratory and shipment requirements
Supply Chain Optimization
- Collect and maintain courier performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations
- Obtain competitive shipping quotes and identify cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
- Collaborate with Project Management and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Contribute to global logistics initiatives aimed at process improvement and cost optimization
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with clinical trial protocols and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation for all shipments and logistics activities
