ICON is seeking an Investigator Payment Associate in Chennai to manage investigator payments and maintain financial compliance for clinical trials. In this hybrid role, you will process payments, resolve discrepancies, and streamline financial processes while working with cross-functional teams to support clinical research operations.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing investigator payments and ensuring financial compliance across clinical trials.
Payment Processing & Compliance:
- Process investigator payments accurately and timely according to study protocols and agreements
- Maintain complete documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements including Sunshine Act and FMV guidelines
- Resolve payment discrepancies and address investigator inquiries through effective collaboration
Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Support the development and implementation of processes to streamline payment procedures
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis related to investigator payments
- Ensure all financial activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards
Your Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to investigator payments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
