Clinical Trial Leadership & Strategy
- Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures
- Provide strategic guidance to drive successful delivery of clinical trial outcomes
- Make critical decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management
Stakeholder Management & Compliance
- Build and manage strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders
- Ensure all trials comply with Chinese regulatory requirements and international guidelines
- Maintain oversight of trial progress and performance metrics
- Facilitate effective communication between sites, sponsors, and internal teams
Operational Excellence
- Monitor trial progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure ICH-GCP compliance throughout trial lifecycle
- Manage trial documentation and reporting requirements

Essential Requirements
- University degree in Medicine, Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive clinical deliverables of studies

- Willingness to travel up to 20%
