We are seeking a skilled MDM Solutions Developer with deep expertise in Reltio and the Microsoft Azure data stack to join our Data & Analytics team. Your Mission: Engineer Reliable and Scalable Master Data Pipelines
You will be the technical expert responsible for the end-to-end development of our MDM solutions. From analyzing business needs to deploying production-ready data pipelines in Reltio and Azure, your work will ensure our master data is accurate, trusted, and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reltio MDM Solution Development & Implementation
- Perform design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex MDM solutions within the Reltio platform.
- Develop and optimize Trust, Match, and Merge rules to ensure high-quality entity resolution and golden record creation.
- Have a strong understanding of various MDM domains (HCP, HCO, Customer, Site) and their associated data models.
- Create automated processes for ingesting master data from diverse source systems into Reltio.
2. Azure Data Engineering & Pipeline Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks.
- Leverage Azure Data Lake for staging and processing master data.
- Apply knowledge of cloud integration architecture patterns to build efficient, reliable data flows.
3. Data Quality, Governance & Collaboration
- Perform data quality profiling, measure statistics, and implement processes to resolve data quality issues at scale.
- Document requirements, build data flow diagrams, and establish acceptance criteria for data products.
- Engage proactively with Data Owners, Stewards, Governance teams, and Technology partners to deliver business outcomes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver work items in a timely manner to project teams.

Your Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience with a specialization in master data management tools, specifically Reltio.
- Demonstrated experience with Reltio configuration, including the development of Trust, Match, and Merge rules.
- 1+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and the broader Azure Data ecosystem (ADF, Synapse).
- Understanding of addressing standards, metadata management, and cloud/on-premise integration patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Education & Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with other MDM platforms or data quality tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
