Your Mission: The Gatekeeper of Vendor Data Integrity
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of vendor records within our masterfile system. Your work ensures that every vendor interaction—from onboarding to payment—is built on a foundation of clean, accurate, and compliant data.
Key Responsibilities
1. Masterfile Management & Data Governance
- Manage the complete lifecycle of vendor data in the masterfile system, including creation, updates, and maintenance.
- Review and verify all vendor information (legal name, tax details, banking, contacts) to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with ICON policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular data audits and cleanup initiatives to uphold the highest standards of data integrity.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Issue Resolution
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Legal) and external vendors to gather necessary documentation and resolve data discrepancies.
- Act as a key point of contact for vendor data queries, providing timely and accurate support.
- Drive the vendor setup and modification process to enable efficient procurement and payment cycles.
3. Process Support & Continuous Improvement
- Update critical vendor records, including pricing agreements and payment terms, to reflect current business arrangements.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports from the masterfile system to support procurement and financial analysis.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement in vendor management.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of data management procedures and guidelines.

Your Required Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, vendor management, administrative support, or a related field. Recent graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) and other data management tools.
