We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant, Imaging to join our team in Chennai. In this vital support role, you will be the operational backbone for our imaging project teams, coordinating administrative tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring clear communication to facilitate the smooth execution of medical imaging within clinical trials. Your Mission: Ensure Flawless Imaging Project Operations
You will provide crucial administrative and coordination support, enabling project managers and teams to focus on scientific and operational deliverables.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide Comprehensive Administrative Support: Assist imaging project managers with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting precise meeting minutes to drive project execution.
- Manage Project Documentation: Maintain and update imaging project files, trackers, and documentation systems, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with project requirements.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a key liaison, coordinating information flow between imaging specialists, clinical operations, data management, and other departments.
- Track Project Progress: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing support to help keep projects on schedule and flagging potential delays.
- Prepare Project Materials: Support the creation of imaging reports, presentations, and other essential project-related documents for internal and client review.
Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate
You are an organized, communicative professional eager to contribute to a scientific and process-driven environment.
Your Profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience in project support, coordination, or administration within clinical research, healthcare, or a related industry is highly valued and may be considered in lieu of a specific degree.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a collaborative approach to working across teams and cultures.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) or document management systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to accuracy and supporting team success.
