We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) I with a specialization in Oncology to join our team in South Korea. Your Mission: Coordinate & Ensure Excellence in Oncology Trials
You will independently manage key aspects of clinical trial site activities, ensuring data integrity, patient safety, and adherence to rigorous scientific and regulatory standards.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Actively coordinate all study set-up and monitoring activities, maintaining accurate documentation and study status reports.
- Work independently to monitor clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with the study protocol, ICH-GCP guidelines, and ICON/sponsor procedures.
- Run sponsor-generated queries efficiently and contribute to study cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clinical investigators, site staff, and other key stakeholders.
- Participate in the preparation and review of study documentation and contribute to feasibility assessments.
- Ensure patient safety by vigilantly monitoring and reporting on all site activities and data.
Who You Are: The Oncology-Focused CRA
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with foundational monitoring experience and a specific interest in advancing cancer research.
Your Profile:
- University degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, or an equivalent field.
- Must have a minimum of 1.5 years of independent, on-site monitoring experience.
- Must have direct experience monitoring oncology clinical trials.
- Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and the ability to review and evaluate medical data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to handle site queries effectively and build trust.
- Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time domestically within South Korea (fly and drive). A valid driver’s license is required.
