We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our Functional Service Provision (FSP) team in Taiwan. In this pivotal home-based role, you will be embedded as a dedicated resource for our sponsor partner, taking full ownership of site management and monitoring activities. You will ensure the highest standards of data integrity, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across your assigned sites, leveraging your expertise to mentor others and drive trial success.
Your Mission: Expert Site Management & Strategic Oversight
You will be the primary point of accountability for clinical trial sites, conducting comprehensive monitoring and building strong partnerships to ensure flawless execution.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Conduct full-scope monitoring visits (qualification, initiation, routine, close-out) to ensure strict adherence to protocols, ICH-GCP, and local Taiwanese regulatory requirements.
- Proactively assess site performance, resolve complex issues, and provide hands-on support to ensure successful trial execution and patient recruitment.
- Collaborate with the sponsor's cross-functional team (Clinical, Data Management, Safety) to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to site staff and may support other CRAs to maintain the highest standards of clinical trial conduct.
- Build and maintain effective, trust-based relationships with investigators and site coordinators to facilitate smooth operations and strong partnerships.
Who You Are: The Independent Site Leader
You are a seasoned CRA with a proven track record of excellence, capable of managing a complex site portfolio with minimal supervision.
Your Profile:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, or a related relevant field.
- Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end clinical trial processes and regulatory landscapes.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Expertise in monitoring practices, source data verification, and ensuring data integrity.
- Proficiency with clinical trial software (EDC, CTMS, TMF) and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to influence and drive compliance.
- Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time domestically within Taiwan (fly and drive). A valid driver’s license is required.
