Key Responsibilities: Medical Leadership in Early-Phase Research
You will be at the heart of groundbreaking research, ensuring participant safety and data integrity as a key medical leader.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the informed consent process and make clinical assessments to determine participant eligibility for study enrolment.
- Monitor participants on studies to optimize safety and provide medical care to healthy volunteers and patients in Phase I trials.
- Interpret diagnostic test results and collaborate across departments (Project Management, Clinical Ops, Pharmacy, Lab) to deliver safe, high-quality trials.
- Act as an Investigator or Sub-Investigator for early-phase clinical trials, contributing directly to scientific and regulatory documentation.
What We're Looking For
- AHPRA Registration: You must have full General AHPRA Registration as a Medical Practitioner with no restrictions (mandatory requirement).
- Experience: You have completed at least two years of postgraduate medical training (PGY3+).
- Mindset: You are a passionate explorer excited to dive into clinical research and learn new skills.
- Availability: You can work 5 days per week across a 7-day rotating roster. Shifts outside ordinary hours attract penalty rates.
