We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in China. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate project activities to ensure the successful delivery of clinical research projects—on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the central point of accountability, overseeing planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
Your Responsibilities: What You Will Be Doing
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Lead projects from inception through to successful completion.
- Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration to meet all project objectives and deliverables.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present detailed project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Your Profile: Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- A proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on delivering results within scope, time, and budget.
- Significant experience in project management and team leadership, ideally within the clinical research, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.

- Strong Leadership & Organization: Ability to effectively manage project teams, delegate tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in project management tools and methodologies. Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a distinct advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and committed to driving continuous improvement and achieving excellence.
