Your Mission: Be the Heart of Our Customer Experience
As a Sleep Coach, you will be the face of ResMed in our clinic. You will blend empathetic service with expert knowledge to provide personalized solutions, build lasting relationships, and drive the success of our mission.
Your Key Responsibilities
Customer-Centric Coaching & Sales:
- Coach & Guide: Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding each customer's unique sleep challenges and providing compassionate, tailored recommendations.
- Drive Purposeful Sales: Achieve sales targets by connecting customers with ResMed solutions that genuinely improve their quality of life.
- Build Relationships: Conduct thoughtful follow-ups to ensure customer success, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
Clinic Excellence & Operations:
- Uphold Impeccable Standards: Ensure the clinic is welcoming, organized, and visually appealing through excellent merchandising and stock management.
- Handle Operations with Care: Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and administrative reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain Equipment: Reprocess and maintain trial equipment to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Expertise & Collaboration:
- Become a Product Expert: Complete comprehensive training and stay current on ResMed's innovative products and sleep health knowledge.
- Collaborate Confidently: Liaise effectively with third-party partners and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Who You Are: Skills & Attributes
Your Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within retail, sales, or customer service.
- Experience with visual merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling.
- A background in pharmacy, healthcare, or wellness is a strong advantage, but not required.
Your Strengths:
- Empathetic Communicator: You are calm, compassionate, and able to support customers with empathy, even in challenging situations.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You manage multiple tasks efficiently and take pride in accuracy and presentation.
- Solution-Focused: You are a proactive problem-solver who loves helping people find the right answer.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new systems; familiarity with MYOB or MedTech software is a plus.
