Act as a Sales Force Effectiveness business partner to sales leaders by designing and implementing SFE deliverables including product access measurement, sales performance, segmentation & targeting, account planning, incentive calculation, CRM management, and market analytics. Contribute to the future roadmap for sales effectiveness and efficiency, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with evolving market requirements.

Major Accountabilities:
- Lead the Sales Force Effectiveness team or a key process/service within the team.
- Setup infrastructure and systems (CRM, Analytics, Dashboards) in alignment with Regional Commercial Excellence, ensuring high data quality and utilization.
- Implement standardized SFE systems, tools, analytics, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Manage Field Force productivity through targeting, segmentation, territory design, capacity planning, call plan monitoring, account planning, and ROI analysis.
- Maintain CRM system, data extraction, and monitor Key Account Management (KAM) standards.
- Drive systematic generation of insights and actionable recommendations for the business.
- Compile and analyze monthly market data (IQVIA, etc.) and create ad-hoc business analyses.
- Prepare presentations for sales leadership and support incentive system design and monitoring.
- Align company and BU objectives with sales plans and incentive schemes.
- Support resource allocation projects (e.g., launch planning).
👤 Essential Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skilled in Salesforce CRM and market data analysis (IQVIA).
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Proficiency in dashboards & tools: Excel, BI platforms, and similar analytics tools.
- Adaptability & creativity in leveraging data for evolving business needs.
