Study Start-up CRA | Singapore

We are looking for a Study Start-Up CRA with hands-on site selection experience to support early-phase clinical trial activities. This role will primarily focus on site identification, feasibility, and site selection visits, working closely with internal stakeholders and investigative sites to ensure timely study start-up.
What you will be doing
- Conduct site identification, feasibility, and site selection visits in line with study requirements
- Evaluate site capabilities, patient population, staffing, and facilities to determine suitability
- Support site feasibility assessments and provide clear recommendations for site selection
- Liaise with investigative sites, vendors, and internal teams during the start-up phase
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of site selection activities
- Support study timelines by proactively identifying and resolving site-related risks
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in site selection activities within clinical research
- Prior experience conducting site identification, feasibility, and site selection visits is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical trial start-up processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites and priorities
- Must be amenable to report to client office for at least 1x week
