This is a strategic People Business Partner role supporting leaders driving ResMedâs digital supply chain transformation. Acting as a chief-of-staffâstyle integrator for the Supply Chain PBP team, you will provide coordination, workforce insight, and operational discipline while enabling AI adoption, capability development, global site archetype design, and future workforce planning.
You will translate transformation needs into practical people solutions, partnering closely with PBPs, Talent teams, and leaders across Supply Chain, QARA, and Finance to support org design, capability uplift, workforce strategy, and new digital ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
đĽ 1. People Business Partnering
- Provide direct PBP support to Digital Supply Chain and Productivity leaders on org design, workforce planning, transformation impacts, and capability needs.
- Partner across Talent, PBPs, and functional leaders to drive consistent people strategies during transformation.
- Translate complex transformation requirements into actionable workforce and people solutions.
đ 2. Chief-of-Staff Support for the Supply Chain PBP Team
- Coordinate priorities, planning rhythms, and communications across the PBP team.
- Ensure alignment in templates, tools, and governance for people-related transformation work.
- Track actions, dependencies, and people implications to ensure execution discipline.
đ 3. Capability Development, Learning & AI Advancement
- Identify emerging digital, supply chain, operational, and AI capabilities required globally.
- Shape targeted development pathways, digital literacy initiatives, and capability uplift plans with Talent teams and leaders.
- Build leader-friendly tools and frameworks for future skills planning and AI readiness.
đď¸ 4. Workforce Strategy & Org Design Support
- Support org design, role clarity, and workforce modeling with PBPs and transformation leaders.
- Prepare teams for new digital systems, automation, and AI-enabled operating models.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise frameworks without duplicating COE responsibilities.
đ 5. Supply Chain Site & Archetype Template Design
- Lead development of global supply chain site archetypes (Plan, Make, Move, Deliver) to standardize capability and workforce models.
- Build global templates for org structures, role definitions, and capability requirements for new site setups.
- Support template application during new site ramp-ups and workforce planning cycles.
đ ď¸ 6. Transformation & Change Enablement
- Partner with PBPs and leaders to design change plans for digital supply chain transformation.
- Ensure teams are prepared through communication, capability support, and transition management.
- Track people impacts and risks, supporting smooth adoption across global teams.

Required
- Strong experience in capability development and upskilling within supply chain, operations, or manufacturing.
- Proven experience as a People Business Partner supporting transformation, org design, or large-scale change.
- Background in manufacturing operations or supply chain with understanding of operational workflows.
- Experience with digital deployment, ERP/MES adoption, or digital supply chain tools.
- Demonstrated workforce transformation experience (role redesign, org modeling, future skills mapping).
- Global experience working across cultures and distributed teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

- Experience supporting AI readiness or digital literacy programs in technical/operational teams.
- Industry experience in medical devices, electronics, CPG, or high-complexity manufacturing.
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation (ERP, digital supply chain, automation).
