We're looking for a technician who can keep them running.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a hands-on technical role with real responsibility. You won't be watching from the sidelines. You'll own the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of scrubber and wastewater treatment systems that are essential to our manufacturing process.
You'll troubleshoot issues before they become problems. You'll perform preventive maintenance that keeps equipment running. You'll ensure discharge parameters meet requirements, protecting both our operations and the environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Running the Systems
- Monitor scrubber plant processes and operations continuously
- Ensure all parameters stay within required ranges
- Verify wastewater and scrubber discharge meets environmental requirements
- Maintain both treatment systems at optimum running condition
Maintaining the Equipment
- Perform breakdown repairs when things stop working
- Execute preventive maintenance to stop problems before they start
- Carry out improvement projects to make systems better
- Ensure mechanical parts and equipment stay in good condition
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary repairs
Improving Performance
- Work to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
- Minimize downtime by working efficiently and effectively
- Execute project work assigned by the plant engineer
- Always look for ways to do things better
Documenting and Complying
- Keep all records properly in line with ISO requirements
- Maintain checklists, commissioning reports, and documentation
- Complete annual maintenance work on time
- Follow company rules, policies, and regulations
Working Safely
- Practice self-safety in everything you do
- Maintain 5S standards in your work area

Collaborating
- Work with your team—encourage and support each other
- Liaise with other departments when activities overlap

- Willing to work shifts as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Education
- Certificate or Diploma in Engineering
Experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 1+ year in manufacturing or similar industry is preferred but not required
Technical Skills
- Pump and motor maintenance
- Electrical wiring knowledge
- Sensor wiring knowledge
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair
- Basic fabrication skills
Nice to Have
- CePIETSo certification
- Familiarity with scrubber or wastewater treatment systems
