WHY THIS PROGRAMME EXISTS
Singapore's biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry is growing rapidly. Companies like Roche need skilled professionals who understand cGMP, manufacturing processes, and quality standards—but finding people with the right training is challenging.
The Career Conversion Programme bridges this gap.
You don't need prior experience. You need the right foundation—a degree or diploma in a relevant field—and the willingness to learn. Roche will provide the training, the mentorship, and the hands-on experience.
At the end of 15 months, you'll have:
- Deep understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with processing equipment
- Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements
- A network of industry professionals
- A strong foundation for a career in biopharma
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Process Improvement
Support process improvement efforts. Apply Lean Production System (LPS) tools and principles. Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset in everything you do.
