THE OPPORTUNITY
Roche is seeking a Head of Business Partnering DIA APAC excl China to act as a strategic visionary and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between Roche Digital Technology and our dynamic Diagnostics markets across the Asia Pacific region.
In this role, you will shape the digital roadmap and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that directly impact our healthcare ecosystem. You will empower a high-performing team to drive customer and patient satisfaction across one of our most growth-oriented regions.

ABOUT THE AREA
This is a strategic role that enables commercial success for APAC markets excluding China. You will align product strategies and roadmaps to fulfill the needs of these dynamic and growth markets, ensuring smooth execution of business processes through adoption of digital solutions as a critical enabler of success.
You will understand customer and patient experience needs and translate that into omnichannel strategies with products that drive customer and patient satisfaction across the region.
WHAT YOU WILL LEAD
Drive Strategic Alignment
Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to business leaders across APAC markets. Ensure Roche Digital Technology strategies are perfectly synchronized with regional commercial goals and market realities.
Shape the Digital Roadmap
Partner closely with senior stakeholders to develop strategic direction and co-create a technology portfolio that drives tangible business outcomes. Balance regional needs with global strategy.
Co-own Delivery Accountability
Oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of complex technology projects. Maintain full accountability for scope, budget, and quality across the portfolio.
Champion Thought Leadership
Bring innovative insights to stakeholders to shape digital capabilities that enhance our impact on the healthcare ecosystem. Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
Lead High-Impact Teams
Nurture a multidisciplinary team by fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional excellence. Develop talent and build capability across the region.
Maximize Value Realization
Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure IT services translate into measurable business value. Drive widespread solution adoption across markets.
Orchestrate Global Collaboration
Work with internal and external partners to align strategies, share insights, and maximize the impact of technology investments across the global organization.
Manage Change and Risk
Proactively navigate project scope changes and escalate risks. Ensure seamless business process execution and stability across markets.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience
10+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving decision-making in complex global organizations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
Strategic Mindset
Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term objectives. Experience shaping technology strategy in dynamic, growth-oriented markets.
Technical Vision
Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and how emerging technologies can be applied to solve complex business challenges in healthcare.
People Leadership
Passion for coaching and developing multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-performance goals. Experience building capability across diverse markets.
Communication
Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences and influence without authority.
Business Acumen
Strong understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to connect digital capabilities directly to patient and customer satisfaction.
