Job Description
Job Purpose
Maintain maximum production output with high quality and low rejection while overseeing operators� performance, conduct, safety, and productivity, as well as assisting the Supervisor in training, organizing, and controlling production activities.
Responsibilities
1. Organize, control, and arrange operators assigned by Supervisors to carry out daily tasks.
2. Train operators and evaluate their performance periodically.
3. Check operators� personal hygiene, attire, and compliance with workplace rules.
4. Verify all production processes and parameters are followed and recorded in relevant checklists.
5. Maintain dipping tanks, mechanisms, and latex supply in proper working order.
6. Replace and clean sieves in dipping tanks according to schedule while preventing bubble formation.
7. Change water and clean dipping tanks while maintaining proper flow rate adjustments.
8. Inspect and record glove quality/defects hourly, investigate issues, and report critical defects to Supervisor.
9. Monitor production processes, make necessary adjustments with approval, and record changes.
10. Complete production reports, checklists, and forms accurately while maintaining good housekeeping and 5S practices.
Qualification and Experience
1. Minimum SPM, Cert and Diploma
2. At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing
