About the role
The Payroll Officer will join the team on a six-month, full-time fixed-term contract, working collaboratively within the Finance team to support the global organisation and contribute to its smooth and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities:
· End-to-end processing of the payroll cycle
· Providing payroll services across the organisation
· Maintaining and updating the payroll system
· Ensure that payroll system information is consistent with employee Contracts of Employment
· Provide professional and timely responses to payroll queries and requests
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business
Requirements:
· Experience working in an end-to-end payroll function
· Proficient in standard business software packages including Microsoft Office
· Ceridian Dayforce payroll experience would be highly desirable
· Self-motivated and strong attention to detail
· Able to effectively deal with sensitive matters whilst maintaining confidentiality
· Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
