đ Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Management
- Independently conduct and manage site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Serve as primary point of contact for multiple clinical trial sites across China
- Ensure protocol compliance and maintain the highest standards of data integrity
Quality & Compliance Excellence
- Perform comprehensive data review and query resolution
- Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements
- Maintain complete and accurate study documentation and monitoring reports
Strategic Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff
- Contribute to study documentation including protocols and clinical study reports
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional study team members
â Your Profile: Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
- Valid driver's license
