🎯 Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Statistical Leadership & Strategy
- Lead statistical strategy and execution for oncology programs and individual studies
- Provide expert statistical guidance to clients and support regulatory agency interactions
- Review protocols, statistical analysis plans (SAPs), and clinical reporting
- Ensure scientific and regulatory excellence across all statistical deliverables
Technical Excellence & Analysis
- Perform and oversee complex inferential analyses using SAS and/or R
- Develop and implement advanced statistical methodologies for clinical trials
- Ensure quality and accuracy of all statistical outputs and interpretations
- Support electronic submissions and regulatory documentation
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Contribute to proposals, bid defenses, and client presentations
- Serve as statistical expert in client meetings and discussions
- Support business development through technical expertise and strategic insights
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Team Development & Mentorship
- Mentor and develop junior statisticians and team members
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives

⭐ Your Profile: Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in biostatistics within pharmaceutical/CRO environment
- Strong experience leading Phase I-III oncology studies and client engagements
- Hands-on programming skills in SAS and/or R
Technical Expertise
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and statistical approaches
- Experience with regulatory processes and submission support
- Understanding of CDISC standards and implementation
- Knowledge of advanced statistical methods in oncology trials
