Operational Transformation & Strategy
- Define and execute the comprehensive Delivery Operations strategy, aligning engineering delivery with product roadmaps and organizational priorities
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives to modernize operations through automation, data integration, and metrics-driven decision-making
- Establish a unified operating model across delivery disciplines to promote agility, consistency, and accountability across global teams
- Drive a shift-left approach, embedding quality, compliance, and reliability early in the product development lifecycle
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance to ensure seamless integration from design to production
- Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams
- Represent Delivery Operations in executive forums, audits, and steering committees, providing strategic insights and governance
- Set and govern delivery KPIs, operational metrics, and executive reporting for improved visibility and efficiency
Engineering Excellence
- Integrate diverse delivery functions into a cohesive, high-performing ecosystem including PMO, V&V, SRE, Compliance Engineering, Database Engineering, and Incident Management
- Simplify processes, implement automation, and improve cross-functional workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality
- Promote compliance-by-design and database reliability standards across all engineering disciplines
- Drive operational excellence through proactive resource management, governance, and continuous improvement practices
⭐ Your Leadership Profile: What You Bring
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- 15+ years in engineering, program delivery, or operations leadership, including significant experience leading other leaders
- Proven success managing large, distributed engineering operations in complex, regulated, or high-availability environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience driving transformation initiatives that substantially improved delivery efficiency and quality
Technical & Operational Expertise
- Deep understanding of systems engineering, software delivery, quality assurance, compliance, and operational reliability
- Strong governance, risk, and performance management expertise in regulated environments
- Experience overseeing operations across PMO, V&V, SRE, Compliance Engineering, Database Engineering, and Incident Management
- Track record of implementing shift-left practices across testing, validation, and compliance workflows
