Strategic People Partnership
- Closely partner with Strategic People Business Partners to develop and execute People strategies that support company direction and functional growth needs
- Lead talent and organizational design initiatives for the global supply chain portfolio, driving alignment with business objectives
- Leverage data and analytics to perform diagnostics, evaluate needs, and develop actionable people plans
- Monitor organizational hygiene data to identify trends and proactively address areas of concern
Program Excellence & Implementation
- Partner with specialist groups to develop programs and tools that drive business goals, providing feedback for flawless execution
- Conduct analysis on initiatives to measure impact and optimize outcomes for the business portfolio
- Use expertise in People programs, policies, and employment laws to promote a fair and equitable work environment
- Ensure effective implementation of performance management, change management, and organizational development initiatives
Leadership & Global Influence
- Mentor and lead through influence with local advisors in execution of global portfolio needs
- Model processes, frameworks, and behaviors established by the Advisory team
- Provide objective guidance and collaborative support to address people-related challenges with empathy and efficiency
- Lead and contribute to global projects with focus on workforce planning and transformation activities
Operational Excellence
- Navigate complex matrix organization with urgency and accountability, maintaining bias for action
- Work flexibly across time zones, leading and attending global meetings as required
- Travel as needed to support global supply chain people initiatives

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 6-10 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Experience supporting global supply chain or operations functions
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and legislation across multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
