đŻ Your Financial Analysis & Contract Mission: Key Responsibilities
Invoice Management & Accuracy
- Prepare, verify, and execute accurate and timely electronic invoicing for an assigned portfolio of client accounts, adhering strictly to contract terms and conditions.
- Proactively track contract progression and milestones to ensure invoicing units (e.g., patient visits, completed procedures) are captured correctly and billed promptly.
Client Relationship & Account Reconciliation
- Balance and maintain positive client relationships through clear, professional communication regarding financial matters and invoices.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly, ensuring ledger accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Interact closely with the Project Management, Clinical Operations, and Revenue teams to validate billable activities, ensure alignment, and support timely revenue recognition.
- Serve as a key point of contact for financial queries related to assigned contracts, facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
Process Adherence & Reporting
- Ensure all processes comply with internal financial controls, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and company policies.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
