đŻ Your Business Analysis Mission: Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting Excellence
- Develop and maintain custom, interactive dashboards for sales tracking, expense management, and operational performance, providing real-time visibility to stakeholders.
- Track, monitor, and analyze sales opportunities and pipeline data across business units, ensuring accuracy and proactive forecasting.
- Provide regular, insightful reports on key financial and operational metrics, translating data into actionable intelligence for leadership.
Financial Performance & Forecasting Support
- Manage and report on Key Financial Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyzing variances and trends to support business objectives.
- Coordinate revenue and backlog forecasting processes in close collaboration with the Finance department.
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses and other financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Identify opportunities for process improvement across departments, recommending and helping to implement actionable plans to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Implement tools and analytical measures that provide clear guidance to finance, operations, and senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs, gather requirements, and ensure consistent and accurate project reporting.
- Assist in developing and documenting Project Management work process documents and participate in Salesforce software training and utilization.
â Your Profile: Business Analyst Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) for dashboard creation and storytelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful conclusions.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce software is a strong plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or other professional services industry is advantageous.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
