You will be responsible for providing forward-thinking client care, from initial screening and product education to ongoing therapy support. Your expertise and empathy will ensure every client feels heard, supported, and confident in their journey to better health.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Expert Client Consultation & Support
- Conduct client screenings and consultations to understand individual needs and recommend appropriate sleep therapy products and solutions.
- Deliver professional product fittings, education, and demonstrations, ensuring clients are comfortable and informed.
- Provide exceptional ongoing therapy management and follow-up care to support client adherence and success.
2. Uphold Gold Standard Service & Operations
- Uphold our “Gold Standard” of customer service in every client interaction, building trust and fostering loyalty.
- Handle day-to-day retail operations, including administrative tasks, inventory support, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Process sales transactions and manage client accounts with accuracy and discretion.
3. Build Therapeutic & Professional Relationships
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other store specialists to provide seamless, holistic client care.
- Liaise and build professional relationships with local Sleep Physicians, General Practitioners, Sleep Laboratories, and allied health professionals to support client referrals and community presence.

Your Required Foundation:
- Completion of relevant vocational training or equivalent hands-on experience in a client-facing, retail, or healthcare support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to empathize and educate.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment in day-to-day situations.
- A commitment to providing exceptional, professional customer service.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred):
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a retail healthcare, medical device, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), pharmacy, or clinical support role.
- Broad knowledge of routines and procedures for handling a wide range of client situations independently.
- Experience with sleep therapy products (CPAP, BiPAP, masks) or other therapeutic medical devices.
- A foundational understanding of sleep disorders (e.g., sleep apnea) and related therapies.
