The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Customer Service Support Specialist to join our Retail Store Operations team. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional sleep support, product education, and exceptional service. You will help screen clients, identify solutions, and manage ongoing therapy needs, all while upholding our "Gold Standard" of care and business values. Your primary objective is to deliver outstanding client experiences and support, ensuring each person receives the care and information they need for successful therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Professional Sleep Support & Customer Service: Serve clients with empathy, knowledge, and a commitment to resolving their sleep health queries.
- Client Screening & Solution Identification: Assist with initial client screenings, help identify appropriate therapy products, and educate on solutions.
- Product Education & Ongoing Management: Provide clear product information, fitting guidance, and support for ongoing therapy management to ensure client adherence and success.
- Drive Team Relationships & Communication: Collaborate effectively within the store team to deliver seamless client service.
- External Relationship Support: May assist in liaising and building relationships with Sleep Physicians, GPs, sleep labs, and other allied health professionals to support business and client referral pathways.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Handle clerical, administrative, and specialized support tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the retail location.

You are a people-person with a passion for helping others, eager to learn and grow in a healthcare retail environment.
Required:
- Vocational training or equivalent experience in customer service, retail, healthcare support, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for client care and the ability to interact with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail, healthcare, clinical support, or a specialist consumer environment.
- Broad knowledge of routines and procedures to handle day-to-day situations independently, requiring only general instructions on new assignments.
- An interest in sleep health, respiratory therapy, or medical devices is a significant advantage.
