We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst I to join our finance team in Beijing. In this office-based role, you will play a pivotal part in the revenue cycle by preparing, verifying, and executing invoicing for an assigned portfolio of client accounts. You will ensure accurate billing, reconcile accounts, and act as a key link between project delivery and financial operations. Your Mission: Ensure Accurate & Timely Revenue Operations
You will be responsible for the end-to-end billing process for your assigned accounts, ensuring financial accuracy and strong client relationships.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Execute End-to-End Invoicing: Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Manage Client Relationships & Reconciliation: Balance and maintain positive client relationships regarding billing matters. Reconcile accounts and proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor Contract Progression: Keep abreast of contract progression concerning invoicing units (e.g., patient milestones, completed visits) to ensure billing accuracy.
- Collaborate for Timely Billing: Interact closely with the broader Revenue and Project Management teams to ensure timely billing and address any client-specific discrepancies.
Your Profile: The Analytical & Detail-Focused Professional
You are an organized individual with a foundational understanding of finance processes and a keen eye for detail.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in contract analysis, finance operations, accounts receivable, or a related field is preferred. This role is suitable for both entry-level candidates with relevant education and those with 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract and financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Detail-oriented with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
