We are seeking a meticulous Investigator Payments Coordinator with Japanese language proficiency to join our team in Beijing. In this key role, you will manage and process all financial payments to clinical trial investigators, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. You will be the vital link between our clinical teams, finance department, and investigators, particularly supporting studies involving Japanese sites or sponsors. Your work will ensure smooth financial operations and maintain strong investigator relationships, which are crucial for successful clinical trials.
Your Mission: Accurate & Compliant Financial Coordination
You will oversee the end-to-end payment process for investigators, acting as a reliable point of contact for financial queries.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinate Investigator Payments: Process payments by reviewing invoices, verifying accuracy against contracts, and ensuring compliance with agreements and company policies.
- Collaborate & Resolve Queries: Work closely with clinical operations and finance teams to resolve payment-related discrepancies and questions promptly.
- Maintain Financial Records: Keep accurate records and documentation for audits, and provide regular updates on payment statuses to stakeholders.
- Enhance Processes: Support the development and implementation of streamlined payment processes to improve efficiency and investigator satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate directly with investigators and site staff (primarily in Japanese/English) to guide them on payment procedures and address any concerns.
Your Profile: The Detail-Oriented Financial Coordinator
You are a detail-focused professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage financial processes in a regulated environment.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial coordination, payments processing, or a related role. Experience within clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English is required for effective communication with investigators and internal teams. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in financial software, tools, and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
